不过我确信，中国公安为了抢救人质，不免会被逼出此“下策”；他们拥有很多神枪手，就是缺少一份文明情怀，只求“速战速决“，“歼灭罪犯“的决心，往往超越对人质安危的关注，更不用说对铤而走险的犯罪分子的人道考量了。
